Affiliate Partner
Best for: Creators, bloggers, newsletter owners, community admins and HR influencers.
- What you do
- Share your tracked link in posts, videos, emails and groups. No selling or meetings needed.
- What we look for
- An active audience of employers or HR people and at least 1–2 posts a month.
- How you're paid
- A recurring share of what customers who sign up through your link pay, for a fixed period (usually the first 12 months).
Referral Partner
Best for: Professionals who personally know HR leaders, founders or hiring managers.
- What you do
- Introduce a company or decision-maker to us; our team runs the demo and closes the deal.
- What we look for
- Around 1+ qualified introduction a quarter — a real company with hiring needs that has agreed to talk.
- How you're paid
- A recurring share of the paid subscription of each company you introduce, for a fixed period (usually 12 months).
Consultant / Advisor
Best for: HR, recruitment, transformation or tech consultants with their own clients.
- What you do
- Recommend MTestHub inside your client projects and help them get set up well.
- What we look for
- 2+ years of consulting experience and a few active client relationships.
- How you're paid
- A recurring share of your clients' paid subscriptions for a fixed period. Paid implementation or advisory work can be agreed separately.
Channel Partner
Best for: Agencies, HR tech firms or business developers who actively generate and work deals.
- What you do
- Find opportunities, join demos, help close and support customers after they sign.
- What we look for
- About 3+ qualified opportunities a quarter, B2B sales experience and completing our Partner Academy.
- How you're paid
- A higher recurring share of paid revenue than referral partners, often for a longer period (12–24 months), because you help sell.
Reseller
Best for: Registered companies that want to sell MTestHub under their own commercial offer.
- What you do
- Sell, invoice and support your own customers, with our team behind you.
- What we look for
- A registered company, a sales team, first-line support capacity and a yearly sales plan.
- How you're paid
- You earn a margin on what you sell (you buy at a partner price and set your own price), ongoing for as long as the customer stays.
Strategic Partner
Best for: Senior leaders, groups or ecosystems that open enterprise, government or regional doors.
- What you do
- Be a strategic guide on MTestHub's growth journey — work directly with our founding team and executives to open high-value doors and help shape the future of MTestHub.
- What we look for
- A proven senior network (enterprise or government) and a joint plan agreed with us. Usually by invitation or after a call.
- How you're paid
- A custom agreement — typically a recurring revenue share on the accounts you open, and it can include milestones.
Expectations are guidelines, not hard requirements. Commission is only earned on payments customers actually make; the exact rate, duration and terms are set in your partnership offer.

What is the MTestHub Partner Program?+
A program for professionals and organizations who introduce companies to MTestHub's AI-native hiring platform and earn approved commissions.
Who can apply?+
Individuals and companies — consultants, recruiters, creators, technology firms, resellers and advisors — in the UAE, GCC and beyond.
How are partners compensated?+
Partner compensation varies based on partnership type, expected involvement, market opportunity and commercial structure. Applicants may indicate their preferred compensation model during application, but final terms are determined by MTestHub and confirmed in the partnership agreement.
Can I choose my commission rate?+
You can tell us your preference. It is a preference only — final terms are set during MTestHub's review and confirmed in your agreement.
What happens after I submit an application?+
After submission, MTestHub reviews your background, market reach, proposed partnership model and potential contribution. If approved, we will provide a partnership offer outlining your approved partner type, compensation structure and terms.
Can MTestHub offer a different partner type than I requested?+
Yes. We may recommend the partnership type that best fits your activity and network.
When does my partnership become active?+
Only after you accept your offer and sign your partnership agreement in the Partner Portal.
How are referrals tracked?+
Approved partners receive unique referral links and campaign links through the MTestHub Partner Portal. Eligible referrals, conversions, commissions and payouts can be tracked from your dashboard.
How long does referral attribution last?+
Your agreement states the attribution window (typically 60 days from the first click).
When are commissions earned and paid?+
Commission is earned on eligible collected revenue, held for a review period, then paid monthly. Eligible commissions are calculated according to your signed partnership agreement. Tax, verification and payout information may be required before funds can be released.
Do I need tax information or identity verification?+
Not to apply. After activation, tax information — and identity verification where required — is collected in the Partner Portal before payouts.
Can I participate if I am outside the UAE? Can companies apply?+
Yes to both — we work with partners across the GCC, Middle East and globally, as individuals or companies.
